Overwhelming emotions that create unhealthy behaviors and responses that cause damage in your relationships at home or even at work.
Not having any one that feels safe enough to open up to, not being able to be seen or heard so that your feelings and needs are never communicated or full-filled.
Disconnection and distance in your relationships with family, God and even yourself which creates a lack of intimacy and love that you so very much desire!
